• Insurance Reimbursement Disclaimer: We cannot guarantee your insurance provider will reimburse you for purchases.
• Prescription Policy: Federal law restricts the sale of certain CPAP devices.
• Valid Prescriptions Required: You must provide a valid doctor's prescription for required items.
• Order Cancellation: We will cancel orders if a valid prescription is not provided.
• Shipping Policy: We ship to all 50 U.S. states from New Mexico.
• Delivery Estimates: Transit times are estimates and subject to carrier delays.
• Risk of Loss: Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
• Hygiene and Returns: CPAP supplies are personal-use medical items.
• No Returns on Opened Items: Opened or used items cannot be returned due to health safety.
• Unopened Item Returns: Unopened items may be returned within 30 days.
